2019’s MA and Other Post Graduate Show
brought together an eclectic mix of talented
artists from the top art schools across the
country to create a diverse and thought-
provoking show. This show celebrated emerging
contemporary artists and provided the public
with a unique opportunity to see current work
in painting, photography, design, printmaking
and sculpture. With an expanding number of
entries each year the gallery is keen to continue
to offer this and other opportunities to emerging
artists and to celebrate its ethos of supporting
upcoming artistic talent. We welcomed a
talk from student and artist Deborah Davies
who spoke to all our art scholars about
the common themes running through this
year’s MA exhibition including ‘memory’ and
‘Anthropocene’.
