Crossroads (Substance Abuse) 01-05 Community Day
charity fundraiser – Lower Sixth
Dhruv and Shiveena
Both talented musicians, brother and sister act
Dhruv and Shiveena single-handedly took over
a Johnson Session musical event for one night in
the Johnson Hall raising money and awareness
for this charity. Their efforts included setting up
the necessary advertising for the evening, the
GoFundMe page, as well as organising the entire
event from musicians, the playlist, the hospitality
etc. No detail was missed and the playlist on
the night was performed by an array of students
which, significantly, included work from artists
who had sadly suffered from addiction at some
stage in their own careers.
