Introduction
Thank you for your consideration as an Assistant Golf Professional for the 2019 golf
season. I look forward to presenting myself and my credentials to you. I am extremely excited
and grateful for the opportunity to bring new ideas and continue to grow as a PGA Professional
at Woodholme Country Club. In the following pages you will notice a common theme,
“Professionalism.” I strive to represent myself and my club in the best manner possible.
Attention to details, acting with integrity, and anticipating the needs of the membership are the
cornerstone values of a superior golf operation.
My previous experiences at other high-end private facilities, such as The Ridgewood
Country Club in Paramus, NJ, Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, MD, and The Club at
Morningside in Rancho Mirage, CA have increased my knowledge and skills to be able to
perform the job at your facility. I am an optimistic and friendly person that understands what it
means to go “above and beyond” for customer service. I am well versed in tournament
operations, serving as the Women’s Tournament Director at The Club at Morningside and the
Assistant Tournament Director at The Ridgewood Country Club. Additionally, I have helped
organize and manage multiple junior golf programs and camps, the biggest being at
Congressional Country Club that consisted of approximately 300 participants.
I am confident that the skills I have learned from my previous work experiences have
prepared me to represent Woodholme Country Club in a professional manner and excel as an
Assistant Golf Professional.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
Chase E. Garris
