FOLLOW THESE MAIN PRINCIPLES OF THE MyMT™ GUT REHABILITATION PROGRAMME


                    1.  Food combination matters, so you don’t over-load your stomach and small intestine
                        enzymes that are trying to break down your food.
                    2.  Eat lots of green leafy veggies with protein, rather than too many starchy vegetables as
                        this over-loads your system as well.  ‘Starch’ veggies all grow beneath the ground.
                    3.  Have one protein on your plate at a time, not two or three, especially at dinner time.
                    4.  Eat when you are not busy and rushing.  The vagus nerve affects your digestion so you
                        need to be calm and quiet when you eat.
                    5.  Find five basic meals that work for your stomach.  You might need to get off grains
                        completely.  Don’t get distracted with fancy recipes and food combinations.  Focus on this
