BREAKFAST OPTIONS



                     Eggs – any-way, served with a side of grilled
                       tomatoes and spinach or bacon or salmon.
                       If you like scrambled eggs, then add spring onion and spinach into the
                       mixture. Serve avocado on the side. If you like toast, then have just 1 slice
                       of a gluten-free option (sourdough is less stressful on your gut health) with
                       natural butter.

                     Porridge – when you soak ORGANIC OATS overnight, they are easier to
                       digest and then heated and served with grated apple for natural sweetness,
                       chopped nuts (as a protein source) and a small bit of fresh organic cream,
                       you have the sustained energy to get through your morning!


                     MyMT ‘Liver Lover’ Green Smoothie – the recipe for this is in the hot-flush
                       module. If you are ON-THE-RUN, then this is a great energy boost.

                     MyMT™ ‘Berry-licious’ Bircher Muesli (soaked overnight) –

               1 cup oats - rinsed under cold water
               2 tablespoons of organic ALMOND MEAL
               2 tablespoons of chopped ALMONDS
               1/4 cup of organic COCONUT FLAKES
               1/4 cup of organic RAISINS
               1 grated apple
               juice from 1 orange
               30-50 mls of fresh organic cream
               I mix all of this in a bowl and cover it and put it into the fridge ready to just add
               chopped banana.


                     Coffee with that? YES PLEASE! – Ditch the latte for a long macchiato. This
                       reduces your dairy intake! And no, you can’t have soy if you want to lose a
                       few kilos. Remember, that this increases your oestrogen dominance.
