A Patriot’s view of the history and direction of our Country



                         Any conviction in any court of a felony, or any other crime,

                          for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more
                          than one year (this is could be sentenced, even if a shorter

                          sentence and/or probation were imposed; or
                         A fugitive from justice; or

                         An unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any
                          depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled

                          substance; or

                         Any adjudication of mentally defective (which includes a
                          determination by a court, board, commission, or other
                          lawful authority being a danger to self or to others or are

                          incompetent to manage own affairs) or ever been

                          committed to a mental institution; or
                         Discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable

                          conditions; or
                         Subject to a court order restraining from harassing, stalking,

                          or threatening a child or an intimate partner or child of such
                          partner; or

                         Any conviction in any court of a misdemeanor crime of
                          domestic violence; or

                         Ever renounced United States citizenship; or
                         Illegally in the United States; or

                         Alien admitted to the United States under a nonimmigrant

                          visa.
