Beers with our Founding Fathers
o Legal Birth Immigrant – any person born in the United
States in which at least one parent is a citizen and one a
legal immigrant resident, or both parents are legal
immigrant residents. Citizenship is by birth and identity
and citizenship of both parents must be proven and
documented to claim citizenship by birth at any age and
by any parent or guardian.
o Illegal Birth Resident – any person who resides in any of
the several states by birth and one or both parents are
illegal immigrant aliens. The path to naturalized
citizenship is accelerated to be valid at the age of
majority upon proof of place of birth. Their sponsorship
of another for naturalized citizenship is forever
prohibited.
o Illegal Immigrant Alien – any person who resides in any
of the several states and illegally entered the United
States. Asylum, legal status or naturalized citizenship is
forever prohibited. Any children born in the United
States to an illegal immigrant alien may remain, or
return upon proof of place of birth. There are no
waivers for deportation and upon adjudication of illegal
status, all rights, privileges, personal and real property
and future benefit entitlements (i.e. Social Security
payments) are surrendered forever. The natural right to
due process is not denied or infringed. Proof of illegal
entry, without regard to time or duration, is prima facie
evidence of status. There is no defense for illegal entry.
