be a Constitutional solution to the uninformed voter.
Probably IQ tests are discriminating, but surely drug tests

are not. One objectively reasonable solution is to be able to
pass the naturalized citizenship test; and read this work.

 Ad Hoc Term Limits is accomplished by noting that every
two years the whole of the House of Representatives are up

for re-election (435 legislative branch with unlimited terms);
every two years one-third of the Senate (100 legislative

branch with unlimited terms); and every four years the
president and vice president (executive branch with two

terms). 536 elected politicians and nine life-term Supreme
Court justices are the top-levels of the three branches of

federal government, and 208 million eligible voters – We the
People – and we still cannot collectedly comprehend where

the problems are.

 Constitutional Convention is the procedure for We the
People to amend our Constitution, including the Bill of
Rights. Only We the People can amend our Constitution.

However, we have given up much of that through the

acceptance of unconstitutional executive orders and
Congress bypassing the Constitutional process. The
procedure for amending the Constitution is provided for in

Article Five. An amendment can be introduced to Congress

in one of two ways: by two-thirds of each house of
Congress; or by two-thirds of the states calling for a

Constitutional Convention by their state legislatures. The
