New Commentary: Post-Event Photographs
Attorneys and investigators see photographs and videos immediately following an event.
These may be investigative photographs or bodycam videos, for example. From our
various articles, books, and courses – we have shared an event has at least two scenes –
where it happened, and who was involved. Every crime scene has the environment and
the victim(s) and/or decedent(s) – as does every motor vehicle collision, work-place injury,
etc. Let’s look at three common scenes (environment, victim, and decedent), when they
are regularly documented, and why they should be documented again – possibly multiple times.

Sharing Family Pride
We are very proud grandparents of identical twins Cash & Gage (13 in July), Jacee
(13), and her brother Lincoln (6) - siblings and cousins very close to each other.
Many things stand out all year for schools, and as the year ends, we share these:
-- Jacee (7th) - played her first volleyball season and made it to the playoffs; then
her first basketball season went undefeated 1st time school champions (and she
was also invited to play a JV game).
-- Lincoln (K) - recently saw a friend being bullied and stopped it, then helped the
boy to make sure he was okay. Lincoln never said anything, the boy's mom called
Lincoln's mom to thank her.
-- Cash & Gage (6th) - they took their final exams to go on to middle school. Out of a possible score of 98 - getting 97 and
96 scores.
