     understand that problem. Stress, anxiety and panic
            attacks are not different problems. They are the
            same problem just to different degrees. To
            understand this, you have to understand a little
            about the nervous system.
            What Happens in the Body to Cause Stress,
            Anxiety and Panic Attacks
                 The nervous system has two different divisions:
            The sympathetic and the parasympathetic. The role
            of the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) is to
            make sure your body runs in a coordinated fashion
            throughout the day. Think of it as being in charge
            of maintenance and coordination of most of the
            aspects of  your physiology so that you function
            efficiently and effectively.
                 The sympathetic nervous system (SNS) is
            designed to aid you in times of crisis.  If you have
            ever heard the term “fight or flight”, you have
            heard about the SNS. The sympathetic nervous
            system was meant to keep us alive when a situation
            posed a physical threat to our survival.
