     Where you may not have a bear chasing after
            you, other aspects of your life can also seem
            threatening.  Financial difficulties, relationship
            problems or problems at work can start off small,
            making you feel stressed. If they continue or
            escalate, that stress can now become anxiety or a
            full blown panic attack as your body ramps up the
            SNS response.
            Understanding why you see the symptoms
            associated with stress, anxiety or panic attacks.

            your chest
            In an SNS response, the body needs to send as
            much blood as possible to your muscles to help you
            fight or flee. This is done by increasing the strength
            and rate of the heart.
            Shortness of breath / Rapid breathing
