I would like to contribute during the meeting by linking my comments on TQM into the discussion we
are already having about supplier relationships.

Please prepare some briefing notes which cover the following points:

• An explanation of the relative merits and drawbacks of multi-sourcing rather than single-sourcing
our gym fit-out requirements. A preliminary recommendation would be appreciated here
regarding our supplier strategy going forwards.
• An explanation of how the introduction of TQM throughout the organisation could improve
supplier relationships.
