How to approach a performance appraisal question

 Calculate a couple of key ratios under each of the four headings
given above. Use the information given in the question to
determine which ratios to calculate (for example if you are given
industry comparators for a particular ratio, make sure you compute
that ratio for the given company).

 Leave plenty of time to interpret the calculations and to prepare a
detailed written summary of performance.
