• Abatement is reduced zero if:
• The private company and the employee or his spouse controls the
company or is the one of the people controlling the company.
• Where the employee or minor or spouse has the right to option to
own the house.
• C will:
• 19= accommodation comprises at least 4 rooms ,furnished and the
employer supplies power and fuel.
• 18=accommodation comprises at least 4 rooms
- is unfurnished but power or fuel is supplied by the employer.
- is furnished but neither power or fuel is supplied by the employer.
