               2.4   Stakeholder conflict

               Stakeholders’ requirements often conflict and these conflicts need to be managed so
               that performance is not impacted.

                    Example: Shareholders want profit but employees want a wage increase.  A
                     solution would be to prioritise the needs of shareholders but negotiate a
                     competitive wage for employees.
