Discharge of contract

A contract can be brought to an end in several ways:

 By Performance

This is the way in which most contracts are discharged: both parties perform their
obligations under the contract.

 By Frustration

Where, after the contract is made, it becomes impossible to perform.

 By Breach of contract (see below)
