                     Information management strategies look at who is involved with/responsible for
                     the new systems. A and E are both information technology strategies as they
                     focus on the practical hardware and software requirements of the new system.
                     B is an information systems strategy as it looks at how IT can be used in order
                     to meet the organisation’s overall strategy.

                     Transactions are possible, so CIV has more than a web presence. However it
                     fails to gather information on customers, so this rules out it having reached
                     integrated e-commerce or e-business levels.

                     Global network effects refer to the fact that the more people that use or have
                     input into a good or service, the more valuable it is.
