                     Classifications involve an organisation  profiling its customers or recognising
                     patterns in the data that it can make use of strategically.

                     GGG is struggling to find sufficient storage space, suggesting that the volume is
                     a major problem. While there is velocity (customer preferences change over
                     time) and variety (data comes from a number of sources), there is no evidence
                     that GGG’s algorithm is incapable of handling these. While veracity may be a
                     problem with the questionnaires, GGG does not solely rely on these due to its
                     active monitoring of what customers actually listen to.
