• Mining plc is a company incorporated and tax

resident in the United Kingdom. However, the

location of the majority of its mining operations are

situated in South Africa. The company wished to

further expand its mining operations in South

Africa and therefore decided on 1 July 2014 to

relocate the executive directors to South Africa. All

future board meetings will take place in

Johannesburg, South Africa. The executive directors

are responsible for the strategy and operations on a

daily basis. The company has a December year end.
