Remote access is a way to access one computer through another and

thus give full control of its functions, this will be used for the realization of

software maintenance, including file transfer without having to be near the

equipment to which it will be fixed. The Logmein application is used as the main

program to provide effective and safe maintenance since this program is one of

the most reliable, together with Team Viewer and Weezo. This project will be

executed in the company Nelymar. The main objective is to provide preventive

maintenance as the word itself says, is to prevent more serious failures in the

systems of the equipment used in the internet cafe, if this happens, a corrective

maintenance will be performed.
