Unique Features: Pedigree copy, stylized signatures of Rabbi Shmuel Konki. e editor and proofreader Rabbi Avraham Elnakar, who was a con dante of the Chida in Livorno, added his original piyutim, which he wrote by hand. In addition, there is a piece of paper attached to the yleaf with the handwriting of Rabbi Shmuel Konik, with an inscription in rhyme of the tombstone of Aharon Cordozo (Nunis) of Gibraltar. Additional inscriptions and ownership signatures, including of Yosef Konki. Handwritten comment on page 3.
A calculation of the year listed amounts to the year 1795, how- ever, based on the printers׳ names, it appears that it should be 1789, refer to the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book, number .0302055
Background: Rabbi Shmuel Konki, one of the rabbis and sages of Gibraltar at the end of the 18th century, a widely knowledge- able man, he also wrote additions and glosses to the Chida׳s book Shem HaGedolim [material is enclosed].
Condition: Very ne. Minimal aging stains. Ancient leather binding with a reconstructed spine.

מאפיינים יחודיים: עותק מיוחס, חתימות מסוגננות של רבי שמואל קונקי. המהדיר והמגיה רבי אברהם אלנקאר שהיה ממקורבי החיד״א בליוורנו, הוסיף פיוטים שכתב בכתב ידו. בנוסף, נייר מוצמד לדף הפורזץ בכתב יד רבי שמואל קונקי, ובו כיתוב בחרוזים של מצבת קבורה לאהרן קארדוזו (נוניס) מגיברלטר. כיתובים וחתימות בעלים נוספות, מהם יוסף קונקי.
