* מכירת בית כיפה העומד בחצר גדולה לקונה רבי לייב יעקב מדראביטש מהשותפים. בין רבני צפת החתומים על המסמך, נמצאים רבי רפאל זילברמאן אב״ד צפת, רבי משה במהר״ש מרודניק, ורבי יוסף אריה
הכהן. עם חותם בד״צ אשכנזים בעיר הקודש צפת.
* התחייבות השותפים למסור לקונה דירה חדשה, וקביעה מה ינתן לו אם הדירה לא תמסר.
רבי יעקב מקאליש ב״ר מרדכי אריה יהודה [לורברבוים]. היה נכד הגאון מליסא. מוזכר ביחוס הגדולים ובחדושי הרד״ד.
רבי יעקב מרדכי אלבוים ב״ר רבי ישראל מליזענסק אחיו של רבי שמעון מיערוסלאב.
רבי משה במהר"ש מרודניק, היה מבית דינו של רבי שמואל העליר בצפת.
רבי יוסף אריה הכהן, רבה של מוינשטי ברומניה, עלה לארץ ישראל בשנת תרכ״ד, התיישב בצפת והיה דיין בה. משנת תרמ״ב אב״ד במושבה ראש פינה.

Among the rabbis of Safed who signed the document are Rabbi Rafael Zilberman Av Beit Din of Safed, Rabbi Moshe of Rudnik, and Rabbi Yosef Aryeh HaCohen. With the stamp of the Ashke- nazi Beit Din in the holy city of Safed.
