377 Yemenite Manuscript with Tiklal, Contract Forms and More. Yemen, 16th -17th centuries.
Yemenite Manuscript (incomplete) with prayers for the entire year, contract forms, ketubot, gittin, etc. Mostly with upper vowelization. Individual leaves in the beginning and the middle were completed in later writing, and many pages in the second half of the manuscript were lost. With a few comments in the margins by the copyist and later owners.
Speci cations: 106 leaves, paper. 20X28 cm. Yemenite writing.
Unique features: Comment on page 46b in di erent handwrit- ing, possibly of the copyist:“Behold the completion of the royal crown Wednesday the 30th of Tevet ... and my name is Salam son of Yehuda Alexmadi[?] [the signature is in Arabic in Arabic letters] blessed is He who granted me the writing of the royal ״.... crown to know the secret of the honorable Name
On page 47a in the margins: “Vowelization of [a] scribe, from ״.here on ... Saadia ibn Salam HaLevi
On page 93a: 36 tekufot beginning in 1659, but the previous page is missing and it׳s possible this is not the beginning of the chart.
On page 97b, in the text of the get, it is written,“ e year [1900] and so we have changed in the contract,״ we know from here that the manuscript was written between the years 1590 and 1659.
On pages 102a - 106b: Book of Job 1:1 - 22:28. At the beginning, it says: “Vowelization of the scribe Saadia son of Rach[?..] ״.Alchamadi
Condition: Poor. pages 55-64, 72, 74, 78-81, 83, 88-89, 91-92, 94-96, 99-100 are lacking. Worming holes, stains, professional resoration of the leaves after wear of their perimeters. New leather binding.

תימן, המאות 17-16
תכלאל תימני (בלתי שלם). כולל תפילות לכל השנה, טופסי שטרות, כתובות וגטין וכו׳. בחלקו הגדול עם ניקוד עליון. דפים אחדים בהתחלה ובאמצע הושלמו בכתיבות מאוחרות, ודפים רבים בחצי השני של כתב- היד אבדו. עם פירושים אחדים בשוליים בכתיבתו של המעתיק ושל בעלים מאוחרים.
מפרט: 106 דף, נייר. 20X28 ס"מ. כתיבה תימנית.
מאפיינים יחודיים: בדף 46ב הערה בכתיבה שונה, אולי של המעתיק: “ויהי השלמת כתר מלכות יום רביעי ל׳ בטבת ... ושמי סאלם בן יהודה אלכסמדי[?] [החתימה בערבית באותיות ערביות] ברוך מי שזכני לכתוב
כתר מלכות לידע סוד השם הנכבד ...״. בדף 47א בשוליים: “ניקדו סופר אח[ד], מכאן ולהלן ... סעדיא ן׳ סאלם הלוי״. בדף 93א: לו תקופות מתחיל משנת תי״ט, אבל הדף הקודם חסר ואפשר
שאין זה תחילת הלוח.
בדף 97 ב, בנוסח הגט, נכתב “שנת אלפא ותשע מאה וכך שנין לשטרי״, ומכאן שכתב היד נכתב בין השנים 1590 ו-1659.
בדפים 102א-106ב: ספר איוב א:א-כב:כח. בתחילתו נכתב: “ניקדו הסופ[ר] סעדיא בן רח[?..] אלחמדי״.
מצב: לא טוב. דפים 55-64, 72, 74, 78-81, 83, 88-89, 91-92, 94-96, 99-100 חסרים. נקבי עש, כתמים, שיקום אומנותי של הדפים לאחר בלאי בהיקפן. כריכת עור חדשה.
