376 Mishneh Torah L'Rambam. Book of Taharot and Books of Kinyan-Shoftim. Yemen, [1648]
Mishneh Torah by Rabbi Moshe son of Maimon, the book of Taharot from the middle of the laws of Para Adumah chapter 6 and the books of Kinyan-Shoftim.
Speci cations: 194 leaves, paper. 20x30.5 cm. Yemenite hand- writing. A small amount of the end of the book of Shoftim is missing, from the laws of Malachim, chapter 11. With commen- taries and comments in the margins in a range of scripts.
Background: e copyist׳s colophon from the 19th of Av, 1648, is at the end of the book of Nezikin (page 90a). A poem in the honor of [Ploni] which opens “My heart is excited seeking an oval and pleasant person״ is on page 90b, in di erent writing.
Condition: Moderate- ne. Aging stains, minimal worming holes. Slight damage to text on the rst and last leaves. 3 leaves are detached. New parchment binding.

משנה תורה מאת רבי משה בן מימון, ספר טהרות מאמצע הלכות פרה אדומה פרק ו וספרי קנין-שופטים.
מפרט: 194 דף, נייר. 20X30.5 ס"מ. כתיבה תימנית. חסר מעט מסוף ספר שופטים, מהלכות מלכים, פרק יא. עם פירושים והערות בשוליים בכתיבות שונות.
רקע: בסוף ספר נזיקין (דף 90א) קולפון המעתיק מי״ט אב, שנת אתתקנ״ט לשטרות [=1648]. בדף 90ב, בכתיבה שונה, שיר לכבוד פלוני הפותח “לבי סחרחר לשחר אדם סגלגל ונעים״.
מצב: בינוני-טוב. כתמי זמן, מעט נקבי עש. פגיעה קלה בטקסט בדף הראשון והאחרון. 3 דפים מנותקים. כריכת קלף חדשה.
