רקע: בשער נדפס שהמחבר היה תלמידו של הרב הצדיק האלוקי מו״ה לוי יצחק מברדיטשוב. את הספר הביא לדפוס נכדו שנקרא על שמו. הסכמות נלהבות של גדולי החסידות בתקופה המהללים את צדקותו של המחבר ביניהם האדמו״ר בעל ה׳דברי חיים׳ מצאנז. בספר נדפס מכתב ששלח ‘החוזה מלובלין׳ למחבר, והוא מכנה אותו ‘בוצינא קדישא׳. אודות

Background: at the author was a disciple of the G-dly righ- teous man Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berdichev is printed on the title page. e book was brought to print by his grandson who is named after him. Enthusiastic approbations of the great Chassidic leaders of the time extol the author׳s righteousness, including the author of the Divrei Chaim of Sanz. A letter which the ‘Chozeh of Lublin׳ sent to the author, in which he refers to him as ‘Butzina Kadisha׳ [holy light] is printed in the book. לפנינו הגליונות מהשנה הראשונה והשניה (חסר גליון שני משנה ראשונה), עם דפי מפתחות. בגליונות הראשונים מעט הערות בכתב יד. גליונות שנה ראשונה החלו להופיע בחדש ניסן.
מצב: בינוני-טוב. שער גליון ראשון מנותק. מעט קרעים זעירים. נייר חום. מעטפה כללית לשנה השניה.

Unique Features: e rst edition has an approbation from the Admor Rabbi Chaim of Otinya, in several editions there are glosses from the pages of his books, such as glosses on the books Be׳er Sheva, Minchat Chinuch, Maharit and more.
Issues from the rst and second years are before us, (the second issue of the rst year is missing), with the leaves of indexes. Several handwritten comments are in the rst issues. e rst year׳s issues began to appear in the month of Nissan.
