תוכן: האדמו״ר מפרט את מאמציו להשגת הויזה והעובדה שנענה בשלילה. הוא מעלה אפשרות לסיבה לכך שקיבל תשובה שלילית, ומוסיף, “תהי׳ הסיבה מה שתהי׳, השאלה עכשיו מה לעשות הלאה״. הוא מדגיש את נחיצות העניין בהיות רבי משה שיף “ממשפחה מיוחסה וחברים פעילים לאגו״י בטבריה. והוא נמצא במצב קשה מאוד ואין לו כל דרך אחר״. לרגל נחיצות העניין האדמו״ר מבקש לענות לפנייתו
בהקדם האפשרי.
האדמו״ר רבי אברהם וינברג [השלישי] [תרמ״ח -תשמ״ה] בעל ה״ברכת אברהם״ האדמו״ר מסלונים, חבר מועצת גדולי התורה של אגודת ישראל ואיש חינוך. נולד בטבריה לאביו רבי נח, נכדו של בעל יסוד העבודה
מסלונים, האדמו״ר הראשון ומייסד שושלת סלונים.
רבי משה אורי בלוי [תרמ"ו-תש"ו, 1885-1946] היה תלמידו ועוזרו הראשי של רבי יוסף חיים זוננפלד. היה מנהיג העדה החרדית בירושלים משנת תרפ״ד [1924] ומראשי אגודת ישראל בארץ ישראל. ניהל את
ישיבת “אהל משה״ ושימש כעורכו של העיתון החרדי “קול ישראל״. מצב: סימני קיפול. מצב טוב מאוד.

Content: e Admor details his e orts to attain a visa and the negative responses he has received. He raises a possible reason for the negative responses he received, and adds, “Whatever the reason was, the question is what we should do now.״ He emphasizes the necessity of the matter as Rabbi Moshe Schi is “from a pedigreed family and member of Pe׳ilim Agudat Yisrael ״.in Tiberias. He is in very bad condition and has no other way Due to the urgency of the matter, the Admor asks to receive a reply as soon as possible.

Rabbi Moshe Yechiel HaLevi Epstein [1889-1971], the Admor of Ozharov and Chentchin. Born in Ozharov to his father, Rabbi Avraham Shlomo, who served as Av Beit Din and Admor of the city. He began to serve as Admor at the age of 22. Emigrated to America in 1926 and immigrated to Israel in 1953. Member of the Moetzet Gedolei HaTorah and recipient of the Israel Prize for Torani Literature in 1968. Author of the books‘Esh Dat׳ and ‘Be׳er Moshe׳ on the Torah.
Rabbi Benzion Moshe Yair Weinstock [1899-1982] student of Rabbi Yehuda Leib HaLevi Ashlag, Ba׳al HaSulam. Renowned kabbalist and author of dozens of works in the style of encyclo- pedic compilations and editing which integrate Talmud, Halacha and Midrash, Kabbalah and Chassidic teachings. Grandson of Rabbi Zvi Shlomo Biderman,‘Reb Duvidel,׳ the fourth Admor of Lelov.
Unique Features: Regarding the importance of arranging the book, the Admor writes: “And it is known that my sole desire is for it to be arranged in the best manner possible, as a book is Torah study for the masses ... no less important than an important book of science, but it must be like a popular book, as the book is not meant for individuals, but for the entire Jewish nation ... money is insigni cant to me, as long as it is arranged and reviewed in the best possible manner.״ e Admor added to the letter “several leaves on the Torah portion of Vayera ... in ״.which I found novaelle in both content and style
Condition: Fold marks, minimal aging stains and ink smudges. Slight wear on the inner edge of the leaf due to being ripped out of a notebook. Fine-very ne condition.
