מאפיינים יחודיים: האדמו"ר מאשר את קבלת המכתב מהחסיד עם תרומתו, ומאבחן ש"כנראה אתה סובל גלות במלואו. כי אתה נע ונד ואין לך לא כסף ולא כבוד רק אתה שבור לשברי שברים״, והוא ממשיך וכותב לו: “אמנם הכל לטובה וצריך להתחזק מאד באמונה שלמה שלא ליפול משום דבר, כמבואר במדרש ויצא...״. בסוף המכתב מברכו האדמו״ר
“והשי״ת יעזור שתרומם קרנך ומזלך ברוחניות וגשמיות״.
רבי אברהם יצחק קאהן (1914-1996) מחשובי האדמורי״ם ומיסד חסידות ‘תולדות אהרון׳. לאחר פטירת חמיו האדמו״ר רבי אהרון ראטה הנודע בכינויו ‘רבי אהרל׳ה׳, החליטו רוב החסידים להכתיר את חתנו כממשיכו של האדמו״ר. בתקופתו פרחה החסידות וגדלה מאוד והוקמו מרכזי חסידות בעיר בית שמש וכן בניו יורק. נחשב מגדולי המתנגדים לציונות,

Letter of encouragement and reassurance for a follower who is experiencing crises. Jerusalem.
Speci cations: [1] leaf, paper. 14x21 cm. In his handwriting and with his signature.
Unique Features: e Admor con rms that he received the letter from the chassid with his donation, and diagnoses that “It seems that you are experiencing complete exile. For you are wandering from place to place and you have no money and no honor, you are only broken into tiny shards,״ he continues to write: “However, everything is for the good, and we must strengthen ourselves greatly in complete faith so nothing will cause us to fall, as it says in the Midrash Vayetzei ....״ At the end of the letter the Admor blesses him:“and may G-d help that ״.you and your luck should be raised spiritually and physically
Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Kahn (1914-1996), was one of the important Admors and founder of the ‘ Toldot Aharon׳ chas- sidut. After the death of his father-in-law, Rabbi Aharon Roth, who was known as‘Rebbe Aharale׳, most of his followers decided to appoint his son-in-law as his successor. e chassidut our- ished greatly in his term as Admor, and centers of the chassidut were established in the city of Beit Shemesh, as well as in New York. He was considered to be one of the main opponents of Zionism, known for his piety and abstinence.

Speci cations: [3] leaves, paper. e rst leaf is o cial paper. 21x28 cm. e letter is printed, corrections to the typed letter and the addition of [3] lines in letter׳s margin are in the Admor׳s handwriting.
Unique Features: e responsum was printed in Divrei Yetziv, part 2, Orach Chaim 199. At the end of the letter, the Admor added words of blessing and conclusion in his handwriting,“and I am lacking quali cation to expound on the matter properly, but I am sure that a hint to the wise is su cient. And may G-d bestow His blessing of peace upon those who study the holy Torah and upon the entire nation who need salvation, and may ״....we soon see the comfort of Zion
Background: Rabbi Yekutiel Yehuda Halberstam, the Admor of Sanz-Klausenberg [1905-1994], was born in Rudnik, Galicia. His father, Rabbi Zvi Hirsch, who was the rabbi of the city, was the son of Rabbi Baruch, the Admor of Gorlice, son of the founder of the Sanz dynasty, Rabbi Chaim Halberstam, the Divrei Chaim. He lost his wife and 11 children in the Holocaust after which he established a new family and re-established the Sanz chassidut in the United States and in Israel. He emigrated to the United States in the beginning of 1947 and to Israel in 1960. He established the Sanz neigborhoods, the large one in Netanya and the small one in Jerusalem.
