A guest lecture on the topic “Microcontroller and its
Applications in Industries” was conducted on 19 of
March 2018 by Mr. K. Jayaram, Director, ICET Pedagogy
Solutions Engineering, Bengaluru. This guest lecture was
organized by Dr. M. Jagannath and Dr. P. Vijayakumar.
Around 90 students from ECE branch of second-year
B. tech had participated. Microcontroller
Architecture, Machine Cycle and Opcode fetching,
RISC, CISC and Applications of Microcontroller in
Embedded System design, and Introduction to IoT were
also discussed.
