Ben E. Keith Foods Houston agrees to stock the following Proprietary Items for the customer listed subject to
terms and conditions set forth below:

‐The customer is responsible for all remaining stock within 30 days of the termination of this agreement.
‐If the Proprietary Items are seasonal, this agreement will be terminated upon the end of that season and
the customer will be invoiced for the remaining stock.
‐In the event that a stocked Proprietary Item becomes dead inventory (No Movement for 90 Days), customer
agrees to accept delivery of remaining stock within 30 days
‐Any requests to stock additional Proprietary Items require a new signed agreement
