Sales Recognition Program
Attendee Criteria

After many years of great success building our DSR sales we are updating the
qualification process to attend the Companywide Sales Recognition Program banquet.
Here are the new parameters for qualification:
1) All DSR’s who sell a minimum of $5 Million in pure STREET ONLY business will
qualify.
2) All DSRs who sell a minimum of $8 Million in total STREET SALES / PLUS PA business
with a minimum of two million dollars being in STREET business will also qualify.
(3 The Division DSR of the year. This will apply to all DSRs, even if they do not meet
criteria one or two outlined above.
If a DSR meets one or more of these three criteria they will be extended an invitation
to the companywide SRP and be eligible for an award.
There are two top sales recognition awards:
The Annual Johnny Beauchamp Award will be awarded to any DSR who qualified for
the banquet and sold a minimum of $5 Million in pure street business. Additional PA
business is a non-factor as long as the $5 Million criteria has been met.
The Gaston Hallam Award will go to any DSR that qualifies by selling a minimum of $8
Million in sales of which at least $2 Million is in street business.
