Conversation Experience Requirements
• Information of Client Hierarchy
• The list of centers/branches/teams in the Client
- Means of uniquely identifying branches
- IP subnet masks or machine names etc.
• If applicable the list of regions, markets and districts that the
branches are associated with.
• Product List
• The Hub will need the product sets (categories) that the client
offers and the list of products associated with each product set.
• (Optional) Prior Access to the Hub server
• We can complete the initial server setup remotely before we
arrive on site. This helps us speed up the initial setup time by a
couple of days.
