Conversation Experience Requirements

A Business User

• The Conversation Engineers and Consultants will require an

experienced user of the client’s application to work with the
Econiq team in understanding how the bank application
operates. The user will help the Econiq team in identifying basic
mappings for the initial Proof of Concept. They will also help us
configure the business content and logic of the Conversation

Hub.

An IT Resource

• The Conversation Engineers will require an IT resource to ensure
we can access the hardware and have the correct access rights
to the various machines. We only require this resource on day 1
and to be available on the phone to answer any additional

questions that might come up during testing.
