WORSHIP, SPIRITUAL FORMATION, & SERVICE
WORSHIP
Weekly gathered worship is the center of our life together. At the center of worship is God’s Word and Sacraments. Our liturgical worship is a joyful response to the sovereign call of the Triune God to love Him with all our being and our neighbors as ourselves. Worship is fundamental to our lives as Christians and the sacraments—Baptism and the Eucharist—are fundamental to worship. All Saints recently began offering weeknight classes every fall and spring on All Saints’ practices of Baptism and the Eucharist.
We also believe it is important for even our smallest saints to participate in worship. Our “Small Saints” time on Sunday mornings allows children to experience songs, readings and elements of the liturgy in a fun, engaging, age-appropriate setting, while still joining the larger church body for most of the worship service each week.
We have welcomed over 40 infants, young children, and adults through baptism in the last year. It is our greatest joy and delight to gather as Christ’s Body each and every Sunday.
HOW YOU CAN PARTICIPATE:
Currently, All Saints has 130 volunteer roles on a typical Sunday morning. If you’re looking for the right place to serve on a Sunday morning, consider one of these roles: Children’s Ministry helper, Sunday School teacher, usher, or greeter. Find more info at allsaintsaustin.org/serve or contact
Sonya Menges (smenges@allsaintsaustin.org).
