IMPORTANT INFORMATION
COURSE CONFIRMATION:
Once your booking is confirmed you are responsible for notifying ITS of any changes or amendments within a week of
the course approval email. Please check the below timeline:
• 3 weeks out
This is when ITS books Travel and Accomodation.
We will request final confirmation, and a good indication of numbers you will have, student names and class
times that suit you, including breaks so we can create day plans.
• 1 week out
Please confirm student names and numbers.
• 48 hours out
Please let us know of any increase to student numbers.
• NB:
- All Face to Face courses are subject to minimum numbers.
- In some cases travel and accommodation costs may apply.
REPORTING RESULTS REPORTING RESULTS
WORKPLACES, IWI & COMMUNITY FOR SCHOOLS:
GROUPS: ITS will email an Authorisation to Report (A2R) no later
ITS will handle all NZQA reporting on your behalf. than three weeks after the course has been completed.
All schools report NZQA credits. Alternatively, please ask
if you require ITS to report NZQA credits.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Your booked course may be re-scheduled by you for an agreed later date with 10 working days’ notice.
Rebooking for a later date – admin fee of $150 will apply.
• 15 working days’ notice must be given when cancelling a booked & confirmed course. Any time thereafter will be
held to be a late cancellation and the full course fee will be payable.
• Any expenses other than course fees, incurred by Industry Training Solutions Ltd, (i.e. travelling, accommodation or
stationery), will only be refunded if Industry Training Solutions Ltd is able to gain a refund on these expenses.
• Industry Training Solutions Ltd may waive these fees on a case-by-case basis.
