Coaches go back to the
classroom

Blackbrook has a philosophy to contin-
ue developing to stay at the forefront
of amateur rugby league and last week
the Brook coaches attended the Coach
Development Workshop at Saints. The
workshop was hosted by the one and
only Justin Holbrook. To say the work-
shop was worth while was an under-
statement. Many great ideas were
gained which I’m sure will be imple- Repaying our community
mented through all age groups at Brook

Following the placement of our Co-op
Food bank donation bucket in the
club.
We are pleased to report that more
than 25 bags of food were collected
which will be distributed around the
community to families needing assis-
tance.
The scheme will continue to run so
please keep donating…. We even
made the press with our efforts.

Grandparents Day was a resounding success and I’m sure our grandparents
loved watching their young grandson showing their skill. Thankyou to all that came to
cheer the lads on. Same time next year grandparents!!!
