The Mind Is the Key Element 2
The entire cosmos is nothing but a projection of the mind.

Swami tells us that we are not the body or the mind, but rather that we are God. We are God, beyond fear, anxiety, grief, and even death. We extend into the infinite as the all-embracing light that lights the entire cosmos. We are all- knowing power. We are pure
love. Yet why is it that many of us do not experience ourselves as divine love and infinite consciousness? Many struggle just to get by and hardly ever experience ourselves as the embodiment of all-knowing power and pure, divine love. We look around finding pain and suffering everywhere. How do we reconcile Swami’s teachings with our daily experiences? The answer, Swami says, rests in the mind – the mind is the key.
