IMPORTANT
NOTICE
Focus on one aspect at a time. If you have a million things to work on, take a step
back and stop trying to accomplish everything in one day. Pick the most important
task and focus on it. Give it your full attention and care. If you're doing many
things at once, they'll end up being half fast done and the full value won't be
there. That's why I emphasize on taking your journey one day at a time.
Walk yourself through it, it's not a race.
If your biggest troubles are sugar, then start slowly eliminating them, filling up on
fiber-rich vegetables and making some of the healthy dessert recipes from your
recipe book. Whatever else you have to work on can be for another week, or even
month. Address the first problem, deal with it, then on to the next. Don't overload
or overwhelm yourself. Same thing when you write an essay. You brainstorm, write
down all your thoughts, develop the Intro, the body and finally, you're left with a
great ending.
