4. CLAIM ADMINISTRATION
The employees in this area are responsible for the
actual settlement of claims. They analyze the
claims received against various policies. After
thoroughly studying the claims, they decide
whether the claim is valid. They calculate the
benefit amounts for settlement of all valid claims.
Any claims that are found invalid are rejected.
5. MARKETING
The marketing department studies consumer
behavior needs and wants. On the basis of these
