                              Head Professional Job Description






                   11.  Develop and manage innovative tournament program that services all customer
                       segments.
                   12. Manage and administer all outside outings
                   13. Attend monthly Golf Committee Meetings
                   14. Attend Monthly Greens Committee Meetings

                   15. Work with all departments and department heads to create a cohesive working unit
                       to provide members and guests with a greater overall experience
                   16. Oversee the operations of a well-managed practice facility
                   17. Develop and oversee the golf instruction and development programs for all
                       customer segments
                   18. Establish and manage a strong junior golf program

                   19. Maintain and oversee a profitable merchandise concession that is consistent with
                       patron demographics and needs
                   20. Manage and maintain a golf shop atmosphere that the membership is proud of
                   21. Oversee all golf-related purchasing
                   22. Implement cash and systems controls to ensure the safekeeping of assets,
                       inventory and resources
                   23. Assist in the publication of newsletters, informational and promotional materials
