Pricing & Promotion

                       •  Pricing structure of the pro shop must be competitive with similar golf shops and
                          retail stores.
                       •  Seasonal, competitive, and promotional sales will be hosted often throughout the
                          year.
                       •  Stock items and custom/special ordered items will have consistent prices
                       •  Prices will vary in the pro shop due to varying price points of the merchandise.
                       •  The merchandise in the pro shop will be of the highest quality and the staff will
                          have the detailed knowledge of all items.
                       •  Sales and promotions will be communicated to the membership regularly.
                       •  Comprise weekly blast emails, flyers, and signs to inform the membership of new
                          arrivals and dates of sales.
                       •  Flyers and signs with merchandise news and promotions will be posted in the
                          men’s and women’s locker rooms as well as locations outside of the golf shop
                       •  “Product Spotlight” promotions of newly arrived merchandise.
