But then there is that other category of debtor, the ones who are simply not a nice
person, who use people, and who have left a trail of debt and people he has injured in one

way or another. You know what I mean.

In these particular instances, you may well want to do a debtor’s examination. It’s a bit
complicated at first, like everything else in life, but once you’ve done one or two, it’s easy
peasey.

JDX’s in general can be very helpful in any enforcement situation. With the “difficult”
debtors, it’s especially helpful. When the JDX is done right, it is an absolutely terrific way
to get information about assets from any “difficult” debtor. Often these are the

ones hiding the most money. We are involved in a chess match here. The JD is
trying to avoid paying what he rightfully owes. Our mission is to move the
pieces and expose the assets and the debtor.

Should I use a JDX for every case?

Use it when you need it. In most cases one or more of the 6 enforcement
methods will work just fine for you when there’s a better debtor. But what if you have, for
