Your business set up is an important time. You don’t want to be spinning your wheels
and wasting time and getting frustrated. You want to choose a good name for your
business, fulfill the necessary business requirements (paperwork), set up your office
for absolute maximum efficiency, and get yourself excellent website visibility.

Here’s how:

Step 1: Should You Start a Corporation?

The short answer to this question is that you most likely DON’T want to start a
corporation. In fact, almost everyone I know who started with a corporation or LLC to run
their judgment enforcement business has changed to a sole proprietorship.
A sole proprietorship is where you are the same as the business. Peter Gilboy =
Judgment Trackers. Jane Williams = First Solutions. Richard Morrison = Black Widow
Enterprises. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal entity from you, while a

corporation or LLC are legally, separate ‘persons’ from you.

So, I recommend a sole proprietorship for 3 main reasons.
