Judgment Enforcement – The Step-by-Step Course

Some of these have restrictions. For example, to get TLO, if this is your first business, you

may not get access for 6 months to 1 year from when your business started. (The info you’ll have
is SO sensitive, and they want to be careful with it.) With Delvepoint they may want you to
already have 2 judgments assigned to you first.

No restrictions like that with TracersInfo, though. But in some cases they may ask you to get

Errors and Omissions insurance. That’s about $150 a year, is all. More on all of these later.

You’ll need to email them a copy of your business license and a few other things. They’ll
give you a free couple of days or weeks to take a test run. Do it! You’ll then be as equipped as
the best Private Investigators in the country.

See the Forum for the latest and additional information on databases. As for Lexis, it can be
expensive, but in my view, absolutely the best. And there may be a way to get it fairly
inexpensively. More on that later too.

               Peter’s Favorite Databases:

                  Currently I use 1) Delvepoint.com, 2) Lexis.com and 3) Tracersinfo.com. I’ve
also used Accurint, TLO, Microbilt, Locate Plus, Locate Fast, and IRB. But these 3
seem to be the best for me right now. (More about other databases further below.)

OH! And, again, there’s more, and the latest, on databases on the Forum.

               Getting Credit Reports:

I mentioned that there may be an issue for us being able to get credit

reports. The issue is that some courts say only people with judgments
concerned with “credit” can get them. So, if it’s a judgment because of an
auto accident, well, that’s not a credit-related judgment.

But it’s simply not clear yet what’s proper. The latest is on the Forum,
and I’ll let you know any changes that I hear about.
Which credit reporting agency to use: - Clear Choice Credit -

This is the one that I recommend, but there may be some other good ones out there. I
recommend Clear Choice Credit at UClearChoiceCredit.com because they offer superior support
and terrific products. I’ve met the owners at conferences, and they are straight up guys trying to
provide the best product they can.
