Third, students will have greater control of their academic success. A ll
grades will be posted on the SIS and give you a real-time perspective on
your progress in the class and in the program. Finally, students will have
greater control of their time. With the new SIS the turn-around time on
grades and feedback will be reduced, and the time between book shipments
will be reduced.
What do I need to do?

This is the nice thing; you don?t have to do anything. Once we have
tested the system and are ready to go you will receive an email with log in
information and instructions.
When is this switch going to happen?
A s of right now we are shooting for the early to mid-part of M arch to
have everyone in the system.
Do I have to log in and use the new SIS?

While we do hope that you log in and see all the wonderful features
that the new system provides, there is no requirement for the current
students and parents to use the new system.
Will my information be safe?
A bsolutely! Orbund utilizes advanced encryption software to ensure
the safety of your student(s) information.
While the addition of the new SIS is one major change, we have also
made a few more additions to help better service our students.
1. We have added a live chat feature to the website, so if you have any
questions and do not want to call, you can always hop on the website and
talk to student services during regular business hours.
2. We will be hosting live webinars on our website early this spring.
These webinars will be focused on two different areas: meeting with
prospective students as well as working with our current students on the
new SIS.
