An ASD is a mechanism designed to automatically open and close
the original standard side sliding door on a number of different
commercial vehicles.
The system comprises a chain driven gear assembly and actuator
which has been tested over hundreds of thousands of cycles.
The system which is virtually silent operates electrically via either
remote control or via a button on the dash.

System designed to allow both automatic and manual operation
of the vehicle tailgate. The mechanism has an electronic controller
with a number of built in safety features.
Door operation is not limited in any way by the electrical system. If
for some unknown reason the vehicle is without power, it is always
possible to open and close the door manually by operating the
door handle in the normal manner.
In powered mode the door is designed to stop immediately if
it encounters an obstruction, The door can only be operated
electrically when the vehicle is stationary.via either remote control
or via a button on the dash.
