The Lebada brothers had already purchased the property on Eagle
Street several years before and decided to move the dealership to
Cambridge. At the time, they had approximately 30 vehicles in stock.
“We saw an opportunity here and already knew Cambridge after
looking at previous properties,” says Andy. “It was the perfect op-
      portunity.”
They retained the name Garston, which is the name of Dimeck’s
      hometown in England.
“We kept the name because it had meaning to him and we respect-
ed that,” says Andy, adding Dimeck remains an important mentor.

But that first year in business was not easy for the brothers who
were still commuting daily from London and had to deal with traffic
issues caused by major roadwork on Eagle Street.

“Our first year in business we could barely have people come in and
out of the dealership,” he says. “The first year is stressful as it is but
having that obstacle to deal with was even more stressful.”
However, Andy says they persevered and remained motivated.
“You keep positive and look forward to the future and things hap-
      pen to you.”

He says clients they had in London began following them to Cam-
