Comparative diagnostic validation was performed by both domestic RBA and

RBA produced by IDvet™ from France on reference sera prepared from 5 species of
local livestock by standardized (1:1) and modified (1:3) methods of RBT. Sensitivity

of antigen used in RBT were 94.7 % to 100 % on 1:1 and 1:3 methods respectively
and specificity were 100 % for both dilution methods.

By the OIE recommendation that, will be control of quality and sensitivity of the
Rosebangal antigen for each batches using OIEISS standard serum dilutions 1 to 55

diluted in 0.5% phenol saline with dilustandard test procedure. When used this

method, antigen should give a clearly positive reaction (result is one +) with 1 to 45
dilutions and but not in 1 to 55 dulions.

In this study, we had been check for Mongolian Rosebengal antigen using
OIEISS standard serum dilutions 1 to 55 diluted in 0.5% phenol saline with standard

test procedure (1:1). Result were shown, clearly positive reaction in dilutions 1 to 25
and doubt (±) in dilutions 1 to 40 but negative reaction in dilutions 1 to 45 so on.

But in parallel control of imported Rosebengal antigen of France (IDVet, France)

were shown that, a clearly positive reaction in dilution 1 to 45 dilutions and but not in
1 to 55 dilutions, recpectivelly.
