I wanted to make the process completely sustainable.
So I tried biodegradable glue from the market. But it
worked only on the simpler forms. For other complex
shapes, the glue used has minimal toxicity. I tried
using that as the resin for giving a glossy finish to
woven surfaces.

For final finishing, I started using modge podge to
protect the material from humidity. Inthe case of
dyed bamboo strips, it also helps to seal the colors.
