CONCLUSION

My point was to address environmental and
social contribution. The process and materials
used are likewise eco-friendly which incorporates
dyeing of bamboo strips. The designs can help
the craft community to compete with the
modern-day designs ensuring their livelihoods
while keeping their legacy alive.

This project has given me the capacity to find out

opportunities that lie in handicrafts. These
collections gave me self assurance that even
handcrafted products can be designed in a way
that it could compete with fast-fashion jewelry. I
hope to make individuals increasingly aware of
optional sustainable design methods and change
their view towards the craft.

The subsequent step is to discover a potential
entrepreneurial chance of the project and
development of catalogue for training.

Mere bamboo strips get value addition by
transforming them into beautiful jewelry.
Nothing was more inspiring and frugal than
this for me and I felt a pious relation with the
bamboo strips.
