Immaculada Concepcion College is proud of its team of employees with rich and diverse skills to achieve its
educational mission. Each employee plays an important role in the goal of educational excellence and we strive to
celebrate the accomplishments of our students and staff throughout the year. It acknowledges that its continued
existence and capability to meet its vision and mission are dependent on the efficiency and contribution of all
employees. Henceforth, all of Immaculadian policies, procedures, rules and regulations related to human resources
are aimed at meeting the employees’ needs, helping them reach their personal goals that are in conformity with
Immaculadian principles and gratifying them according to their participation to the extent of ICC’s legal, competitive
and financial resources.
ICC would always choose to preserve collaboration and harmony in the workplace. It is a universal reality
that issues may arise occasionally. However, problems and/or grievances can be discussed and settled politely
between employees.

In connection with its commitment, the Institution expects each member of the Immaculadian
